Sam, this sounds a lot like my cyclocross season. I knew going in my fitness was not going to be the greatest and really considered not racing at all in a pouty sort of way. Fortunately I remembered that it was the love of rallying around on my bike that got me into the sport in the first place, and I went out and raced just for the love of it... and surprisingly enough posted some pretty decent results.~Jim

Hi There -
You are such an inspiration. If you are ever in Phoenix, AZ, I would love to have you come do our Sunday team ride around the Valley. Consider your self having an invitation.

Sam, I often think of it in terms of me just realizing that I am the Map Maker at times like this. It helps me to understand why I sometimes feel lost. I can't really follow anyone else's map. It wasn't made for me. I can only make and follow my own maps to figure out where I've been and where I am still going.
I love you, and may God continue to Bless you on your journey

Sam,
I saw your commercial on CBS during the Butler/VCU game.
I replayed it at least six times not believing what you were doing.
For over 35 years I loved to ride, doing all sorts of tri's. I owned a
bike store. After the accident six years ago Sept. 10, 2005, my world
seemed shattered. I have a blade to run, but no where could I find a
leg to spin. My Prosthetic Laboratory folks had no answers until your
ad tonight. Please point me in the direction of being able to ride my bike the right way again. Who designed your bike leg. Most sincerely,
Jeff
